Role:
Manages the entire warehouse facility, ensuring proper storage and handling of all inventory.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee warehouse staff, including storekeepers and distribution personnel
- Ensure the warehouse operates efficiently and maintains a safe and organized environment
- Develop procedures for handling, storing, and transporting items to maintain the integrity of supplies
- Conduct regular inspections of the warehouse and inventory to ensure everything is in proper condition
- Track key metrics such as stock levels, turnover rates, and delivery times to improve efficiency
